I’m Kaeli, an Idaho REALTOR® who somehow found herself completely fascinated by blockchain, cryptocurrency, AI, and all the new technology starting to make its way into real estate.

The more I learned, the more I wanted to talk about it.

The problem was, I wasn’t always very good at explaining it.

I would start telling someone about something I had just learned, and before long I could see it happening—the “deer in the headlights” look.

And honestly, I couldn’t blame them.

There was so much information going through my own head that I didn’t always know where to start. I’d begin with blockchain, jump over to tokenization, somehow end up talking about minting property or digital deeds, then remember something about AI that I just had to explain.

Pretty soon, I’d lost everybody.

Sometimes I think I’d even lost myself.

My brain was basically traffic jammed.

The more I learned, the more I realized I needed somewhere to put all of this information—and somewhere I could send people when they wanted to understand what I was talking about without me trying to explain everything in one conversation.

Because as much as I love learning about this stuff, I can’t spend every day talking about blockchain for hours.

I’ve got fish to catch.

One of my favorite things in the world is salmon and steelhead fishing with my husband, kids and friends. There has to be time for that, too.

So instead of trying to explain everything over and over again, I decided to build a place where I could share what I’m learning a little at a time, in a way that’s hopefully easier to understand.

That’s how Deeds on Blockchain came to be.

I’m not here pretending to have all the answers. This technology is changing incredibly fast, and I’m still learning right along with it.

I’m just curious enough to keep digging, asking questions, and trying to make sense of it all.

And when I figure something out, I’ll share it here.

That way, we can learn together—and hopefully there’ll be a lot fewer deer in the headlights along the way.
